Gate Type

The classic choice: a single leaf hinged on one side, or a dual bi-parting pair. Best for level driveways with room for the full arc.
Arm operators mount above ground and are the economical, easy-to-service option. Underground operators hide in a foundation box for a clean look. We install both and will tell you which fits your gate.
If your driveway slopes, sits close to the street, or lacks swing clearance, the gate travels sideways along the fence line instead of arcing across the driveway.
A V-track gate rolls on a ground track: compact and cost-effective on level pavement that stays clear of debris. A cantilever gate floats across on trolleys with no track at all, the better answer for sloped, uneven, or gravel approaches. Cantilevers need extra run-back space along the fence, roughly half the opening again.
Materials
Material decides how your gate looks on day one and how it holds up in year fifteen. Any of these can be built as a swing or sliding gate and automated.

Replacement
If your gate is rusted through, sagging, vehicle-damaged, or simply dated, replacement often beats another round of patch repairs. The new gate has to work with what is already in the ground.
We remove your old gate, hardware, and retired operator and haul it all away as part of the job. No dead gate leaning against the fence, no disposal errand.
Good masonry columns, posts, and footings often outlive the gate itself, and reusing them can meaningfully reduce project cost. The same goes for your operator: if it is serviceable and rated for the new gate, we can hang and recalibrate. If it is obsolete or undersized, we will say so and explain why.
